In one line
TaxmanSeKilos keeps the travel logbook SARS asks for: trips in two taps or measured by GPS, odometer readings that add up, and a SARS-ready export at tax time.
In a paragraph
Claiming business travel in South Africa means keeping a logbook of every kilometre, business and private, and most people don’t keep it up. TaxmanSeKilos makes it quick: save the places you drive to and log a trip in two taps, or let GPS measure it. Every trip runs from one odometer reading to the next, so missing kilometres show up as gaps that can be marked private in one tap. Tolls, parking and fuel go with their trip, with a photo of the receipt. At tax time the year exports as a SARS logbook spreadsheet, a workbook for the bookkeeper or a PDF with receipts for the accountant. It works offline, in English or Afrikaans, with no account: the logbook stays on the phone.
